Frequently Asked Questions about vCard-Biz

Learn how NFC technology, the vCard 4.0 standard, online payments, and email signature integration work.

Does the other person need an app installed to view my card?

No, absolutely not. When someone taps their phone on your physical NFC card or scans your QR code, your vCard opens immediately in their default phone browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.). No third-party apps required.

How does contact saving work on iPhone and Android?

When tapping "Save to Contacts", the system generates an international standard .vcf file (vCard 4.0). On iPhone it directly opens the Apple Contacts profile ready to save, and on Android it imports seamlessly into Google Contacts with photo, phones, WhatsApp, email, and links.

How do I install my Email Signature in Gmail or Microsoft Outlook?

Inside your management panel or from your card, click "Copy Signature to Clipboard". Then open your signature settings in Gmail or Outlook, press Ctrl + V (Paste), and your rich signature will appear perfectly styled with your photo, links, and contact channels.

How do direct payments and proposals work in the system?

You can configure your own Stripe and PayPal API keys or payment links directly from your admin settings. When issuing an interactive proposal or sharing your digital card, clients can pay you in 1 click via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or direct transfer. 100% of the funds go straight into your bank account without intermediary cuts.

Can I order physical printed cards and smart NFC cards?

Yes. We provide two physical options: 1) High-volume printed cards with dynamic QR codes (packs of 500 or 1,000) for trade shows and networking; and 2) Executive smart NFC cards (1 to 5 units) with embedded chips for leadership, plus adhesive NFC stickers for phone cases or storefronts.

How does design approval with the 3D simulator work?

In your dashboard, you can describe your desired branding style. Our design team creates 3 graphic proposals (Proposals A, B, and C). You can preview and rotate them in real-time in the 3D simulator before approving print production.
